These instructions apply to consumers who subscribe to Zielor on our website.

App Store purchases: if you buy a subscription in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple is your contracting party for the purchase. Your right of withdrawal then follows Apple's terms, and you request refunds directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kevin Gabeci, Kejvi Xhelilaj, Zielor, Rruga Jordan Misja, 1001 Tirana, Albania, phone: [missing: phone], email: contact@zielor.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also withdraw using the button "Vertrag widerrufen" (withdraw from contract) on our website at [missing: withdrawalUrl]. After you confirm with "Widerruf bestätigen" (confirm withdrawal), we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Special Notes

Digital content: for a contract to supply digital content not on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires once we have started performing the contract, after you

  1. expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends,
  2. acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
  3. we have given you a confirmation of the contract that includes this consent and acknowledgement (§ 356(5) BGB).

Digital services: grading of your answers by the AI examiner, your study plan and storing your progress are services. Here your right of withdrawal does not expire when performance begins, but only once we have fully performed the service and you had expressly agreed beforehand and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance (§ 356(4) BGB). If you withdraw before then, you owe a proportionate amount for the service provided until then, as described under "Effects of Withdrawal" (§ 357a(2) BGB). With a weekly subscription, the service may be fully performed within the withdrawal period.

Free trial: if you take out a subscription with a free trial, the withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded, which is when the trial starts. You owe no compensation for the free trial.

Your consent when ordering: when ordering on the web, you can tick the following box on our order page, directly above the button "zahlungspflichtig bestellen" (order with obligation to pay). It is not pre-ticked:

I expressly request that Zielor begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and give me immediate access to the digital content and services. I acknowledge that by giving this consent I lose my right of withdrawal for the digital content once performance begins. For the digital service, I acknowledge that if I withdraw I will owe a proportionate amount for the service provided until then.

We confirm your consent in the order confirmation email.
